Deliciously crispy fried ravioli with a gooey cheese filling, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese ravioli pasta
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 beaten eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with parsley in a third bowl.
  3. Coat each ravioli in flour, dip into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the coated ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying for a crispy texture. Avoid overcrowding the pan to cook evenly.
