A creamy and fruity fudge made with white chocolate and bursting with cherry flavors, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cherries (or fresh, pitted cherries chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or almonds)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the dried cherries and chopped nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120-180 minutes, or until set.
  6. Once set, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the dish. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze, keeping well for up to three months.
