Ingredients

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s        instructions.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Scoop and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • You can substitute oat milk for almond milk if preferred.
  • Add mix-ins like chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit after churning for extra texture and flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
