Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
  3. Fold and seal the egg roll according to package instructions.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
