  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery and sauté until softened.
  2. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in the cooked chicken, soy sauce, and chili paste.
  6. Simmer for about 5 more minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
