Instructions

  1. Start by toasting the slices of whole-grain bread until they are golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them together.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or olive oil.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and gently stir them with a spatula until they start to set.
  5. Season the eggs with salt and pepper as they cook, and remove them from the heat when they’re softly scrambled.
