  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Begin by cubing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill, let them rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot!
