  • 1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken pieces, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers evenly.
  4. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F for safe consumption.
