Succulent chicken skewers coated in creamy ranch dressing, garlic, and parmesan, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the cubed chicken, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir until the chicken is well-coated.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese generously over the skewered chicken.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for about 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked, turning occasionally.
  7. Once done, remove from the grill and let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For perfectly juicy chicken, do not overcook. A meat thermometer can help ensure it’s at least 165°F for doneness.
