A fun twist on classic Rice Krispie treats, infused with pumpkin and warm spices, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan using your hands or a spatula.
  4. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the marshmallows for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
