Delightful Pumpkin Oreo Truffles blend pumpkin, cream cheese, and chocolate for a perfect fall treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or melting chocolate

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice. Mix until well blended.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the truffle balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice or crushed Oreos before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let the truffles sit in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

These truffles are best served cold. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
