  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Optional: 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread into sections without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture between the slices of bread and top with cheese if desired.
