Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with liners.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, mix bananas, yogurt, eggs, honey, and milk until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, then fold in walnuts.
