Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (about 1 1/2 cups crumbs)
  • 4 oz (about 1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened

  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices or colored candy for topping

Instructions

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse to fine crumbs or crush them in a bag with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Lay parchment on a flat surface. Shape the mixture into a log about 8 inches long.
  4. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Brush or drizzle melted white chocolate over the log to create a rice look. Optionally sprinkle shaved crumbs or white sprinkles for texture.
  6. Add thin fruit slices or candy on top to mimic fish or toppings.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to firm up. Slice into rounds and serve.
