A creamy, sweet, and easy no bake cheesecake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Optional: fresh fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set; overnight is best for a firm texture.
  7. Add fresh fruit on top as a lovely garnish before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth texture. Store any leftover cheesecake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
