A creamy, high-protein ice cream you can make at home with the Ninja CREAMi. Perfect for a healthy, satisfying dessert or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (flavor of choice)
  • 1 cup Fairlife milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Blend the protein powder, milk, and syrup together until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint container.
  3. Freeze the container for at least 12–24 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  5. If the texture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
  6. Optional: Dig a well in the center, add mix-ins like fruit or nuts, and use the Mix-In setting.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness to your taste by adding more or less sugar-free syrup.
