A delightful combination of classic mac and cheese and hearty meatloaf, perfect for families and easy to prepare.

  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add in the breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and the egg. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is crispy.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before cutting into it. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables. For extra flavor, add extra ketchup on top.
