Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Sliced scallions for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Whisk honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Brush glaze over each salmon fillet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

  • You can substitute tamari for soy sauce to make it gluten-free.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes to the glaze if you like a bit of heat.
