Quick and flavorful grilled chicken shawarma wraps, perfect for a busy meal or weekend gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 flatbreads or tortillas
  • Lettuce, sliced
  • Garlic yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix sliced chicken with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat a grill or pan and cook the chicken until done and juicy.
  3. While the chicken cooks, warm the flatbreads or tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Once cooked, place warm tortillas on a plate.
  5. Layer sliced lettuce on each tortilla, add grilled chicken on top, and drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce.
  6. Wrap tortillas tightly and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with extra garlic yogurt sauce and fresh veggies for an extra crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
