  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
