Deliciously fluffy pancakes filled with crushed Oreos and topped with a creamy Oreo glaze, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (about 6-8 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup finely crushed Oreos
  • Extra crushed Oreos for topping
  • Whole mini Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Make the Pancake Batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  2. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour batter onto the pan, using about 1/4 cup per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Oreo Cream Glaze: Mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and crushed Oreos until smooth.
  4. Assemble & Serve: Stack the pancakes, drizzle generously with the Oreo glaze, and top with extra crushed and whole mini Oreos.

Notes

Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking. Let the batter sit for a couple of minutes before cooking to achieve fluffiness. Don’t overcrowd the skillet; give pancakes enough space to cook evenly.
