Fluffernutter Cookies are a delightful treat combining peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and chocolate chips (if using).
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving room for spreading.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze baked cookies for up to three months.
