Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for about 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
