  • Zucchini
  • Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and cutting your vegetables into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your chosen seasonings.
  3. Pre-soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning, if using.
