Easy Chicken Caesar Wrap

A quick and satisfying wrap that combines the classic flavors of a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and rich dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce and add it to the bowl with the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  5. Place a portion of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal.
  7. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Using warm tortillas can make them easier to roll. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
