A vibrant and flavorful salad combining fresh greens, creamy dressing, and crispy kettle potato chips for the perfect crunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh greens (romaine, spinach, or baby kale)
  • 2 cups thick-cut kettle potato chips
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar (optional)
  • 3 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or cilantro)
  • 1/3 cup creamy dressing (ranch, lemon tahini, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry your greens. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss greens lightly with creamy dressing.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheddar, and herbs.
  4. Just before serving, gently fold in potato chips.
  5. Garnish with a few whole chips and extra herbs.

Notes
