A healthy and delicious way to enjoy salmon with a crunchy, flavorful Parmesan topping.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet skin-side down. Brush each fillet with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the Parmesan mixture over each fillet, pressing it lightly to ensure it sticks.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best texture, press down on the topping before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
