A delightful crab salad featuring flaky imitation crab mixed with a creamy mayonnaise base and crunchy celery, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb imitation crab, flaked
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp shallot, finely diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flaked imitation crab, diced celery, and diced shallots.
  2. Gently mix in the mayonnaise until everything is well coated.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
