This cottage cheese deviled egg dip is creamy, flavorful, and packed with protein. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or high-protein breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Chop the whites finely and set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the yolks and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in chopped egg whites and mix until well combined.
  • Garnish with smoked paprika and fresh herbs if desired. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or on toast.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few drops of hot sauce.
  • Dip can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
