A delightful dessert combining the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookies and caramel in a creamy pie, perfect for celebrations or cozy nights.

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
  • Extra cookie crumbles & whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Swirl It In: Spread half of the filling into the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and swirl gently. Repeat with the remaining filling and more caramel for beautiful ribbons.
  4. Chill & Garnish: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze for 2 hours until firm. Garnish with whipped cream, extra cookie crumbles, chocolate chips, and a final drizzle of caramel.

Notes

Make sure to soften the cream cheese for easy blending. Chill long enough for the filling to set properly. Use a good quality caramel sauce for best flavor.
