Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the cabbage and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 more minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
