A creamy and comforting pasta dish that combines Alfredo sauce with Cajun spices, featuring Velveeta cheese and tender chicken.

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until cooked through, then remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
