A simple and creamy eggnog recipe perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the eggs and sugar to the blender. Blend on medium speed until well combined and pale in color.
  2. Add the milk, heavy cream, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  4. Stir before serving and sprinkle a little extra nutmeg on top for garnish.

Notes

For a boozy twist, add a splash of bourbon, rum, or brandy. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
