  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the beef in a single layer and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger to the pan, and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes
