A delightful dessert that combines layers of fresh berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup of granola
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by washing the berries gently under cool water and patting them dry with a towel.
  2. In a large bowl, scoop out the Greek yogurt. If you’re using plain yogurt, you can mix in honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  3. Begin by adding a layer of yogurt at the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Next, add a layer of your fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  6. Repeat the layering process until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  7. Garnish your parfait with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired, and serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Best enjoyed fresh as granola may become soggy over time.
