Quick and easy banana pancakes made with just three simple ingredients: ripe bananas, eggs, and oats. Healthy and delicious for breakfast!

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oats

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and whisk them together until well blended.
  3. Stir in the oats until evenly mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, topped with your favorite fruits or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

For better texture, use very ripe bananas. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
